We want you to feel confident when shopping with Montevelle. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item in accordance with the terms outlined below.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Under applicable law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

For a return to be accepted, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be free from stains, odours, damage, or any other signs of use.
• Include any original tags, where applicable.
• Be returned in suitable packaging to prevent damage during transit.

We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if the item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

How to Make a Return

Contact us at montevelle26@hotmail.com and provide your order number and the products you wish to return.

Once your return has been approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the amount paid for the returned item.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned item or received proof that the item has been sent back.

Any original shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at montevelle26@hotmail.com. We also recommend including photos of the product and your order number.

If your complaint is approved, Montevelle will cover the return shipping costs and assist you with a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is not collected and is returned to us, a fee for return shipping and administrative costs may be deducted from the refund, to the extent permitted by law.
